ORDERING & PAYMENTS: Orders can be completed on-line by credit card through our secure server, or can be relayed to us by mail, telephone, or fax. We accept check, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club & Carte Blanche. Please do not send cash through the mail. We also recommend that credit card information be given only by phone or through our secure server. Personal checks will be held until funds have cleared before merchandise will be shipped, and average of 10 business days.
TAXATION: Residents of Arizona must pay 7.725% sales tax on items purchased from our online store.
RETURNS: We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchase. For this reason we offer a purchase guarantee. Any item purchased, except a special order, may be returned in the condition in which it was sold within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping fees.
SHIPPING: We use UPS and USPS to ship within the United States. We use USPS Airmail Parcel or UPS to ship overseas. Customers can select Ground, 1-2 day, or 2-4 day delivery options. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be received and processed before shipment. All shipments over 100 US dollars are insured. Shipping fees and delivery times are estimates based upon available information and should not be understood to be exact values.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS: All shipments for orders over 100 US dollars are insured. If your item arrives damaged, please save all pieces and packing materials as is and contact us via e-mail or toll free number to begin claim proceedings. If it has been over 10 business days since your package was shipped and it has not yet arrived, please contact us via E-mail or toll free number to begin tracking and/or claims proceedings.
MERCHANDISE DISCLAIMER: Because of the nature of our business, many items for sale in the online store are one-of-a-kind, or can vary slightly in regard to size, style, colour, material, and /or artist or manufacturer. Photos of items not marked ‘One only’ are representational. If the item received does not meet or exceed your expectations it can be returned per the guidelines mentioned above.
REPRESENTATION OF MERCHANDISE: All of the items for sale in the on-line store are described and priced to the best of our ability. Items, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders may also be canceled should a significant error in pricing or description be made. Ordering customers will, of course, be notified should such a necessity occur.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY: Every attempt is made to update available merchandise in the online store, however should an item ordered be unavailable, the customer will be contacted and an immediate refund of purchase price and shipping fees will be executed. If possible, the customer will have the option to consider the item a special order.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders can be made for certain styles and types of merchandise and for items temporarily or otherwise unavailable in the online store. For special order of an item not already available in the online store, we cannot guarantee prices, styles and/or satisfaction. Special orders of unique items require payment in full in advance. Pricing will be an estimate only until the actual item is available to be valued. Returns cannot be accepted for unique special orders of $100.00 or more.
GUARANTEE: Our policy toward all of the merchandise we sell either online or in our store is that our customers must be happy with their purchases! We offer a lifetime workmanship gurantee on all of our Native American Handmade Indian Jewelry to repair or replace any lost stones or damage. We also have a blanket returns policy (see RETURNS above) wherein our customers are welcome to return an item for any reason for a refund or exchange. We are happy to work with our customers to provide information and education, quality merchandise, and exceptional service.
