Michelle Williams resides in Shonto, a small community in the northeastern portion of the Navajo reservation. She is the daughter of Alice Cling, a renowned Navajo pottery artist. Alice is also a teacher and a forerunner credited with the current style and trend utilized and practiced by many Navajo potters. Michelle's pottery talent is evident and she hopes to some day be famous like her mother.
