This is a one of a kind item. Two Grey Hills area rugs are known for their exceptionally fine weave and muted colours of black, white, grey, and sometimes brown. All colours are natural using no dyes. Colours are achieved in the carding process by mixing white with natural brown or black wool. Designs are traditionally a single or double central diamond representing the weaver's home and the four sacred mountains portrayed in a triangular geometric in each of the four corners. This rug has some damage on the edges. It is made of all natural hand carded and handwashed wool. It is threadbare at the center and the corner is unraveling. This rug measures 38" x 64"
