Antique Navajo Klagetoh Rug CA 1920. The wool is completely handspun with natural and aniline dyes. The grey, black, and white are natural colored wool, while the red, blue, and beige colored wool are aniline dyes. The rug consists of various geometric shapes, such as, the 3 layered diamond in the center and the numerous stepped designs on either side of rug. The border design is simple consisting of a blue outline and red wool sewn around the edge in order to enhance the central design of the rug allowing it to standout. Measures 41" x 65".
