Apache man's shirt Ca: 1850. this rare and early Apache man's shirt is constructed of hide - probably muledeer - rubbed with terra cotta paint with a strip of red ochre paint along the sleeve. Special care was given to the frine, which is very fine yet sturdy. Beading has been added at the shoulder, neck, and sleeve. Sinew thred is used throughout. This is a one of a kind item.
