This is a handmade Native American pot and is a one of a kind item. This San Ildefonso pot is signed by Blue Corn(Crucita Calabaza). Crucita first started making pottery by the age of 3. This particular pot is hand coiled with clay that had been gathered, sifted then left overnite for the clay to be ready. The firing process usually took a lot longer than the painting. The painting of the pot is usually done before the firing. Crucita is well known for her feather and cloud designs. This particular pot has the feather design on it. This pot is 3 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" high.
