This is a handmade Native american basket and is a one of a kind item. Kawaiisu polychrome bowl. Ca 1900. One of the Califormia tribes near the Yokuts and Chemehuevi. This fine bowl is made of willow, devil's claw, bulrush ( the shiny black material), and redbud in a double rattlesnake design. 12 1/4 inches diameter 5 1/2 in
