This is a handmade Mata Ortiz pot by Jorge Corona Guillen. Mata Ortiz pottery comes from a small village in Mexico, close to the Casas Grandes. This unique pot features a butterfly motif. The pot is handmade and fired using techniques very similar to Native American Pueblo tribes from New Mexico as well as Arizona. The pot measures 4 inches tall and is 6 inches wide. ONE ONLY! .
