This is a Navajo Concho Belt by artist Fred Attakai. This belt is an older piece, it was made during the 70's which was primarily the time when Native made jewelry became popular. Most concho belts that are made today lack the amount of material due to prices rising; In almost every piece of jewelry made in this time period and before are usually bulkier. This concho belt is adorned with Persian turquoise cabs set in silver. This belt can be either worn by a man or a woman.
