This premium beef steak jerky was produced by Umpqua Indian Foods, an enterprise of the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians. For thousands of years the Cow Creek people have lived along the rivers and streams of Southern Oregon. This Dramatic landscape remains the homeland of the Cow Creeks today. The tribes survival was dependent upon nature's bounty-Salmon, huckleberries, wild onion, nuts, roots and bulbs. The excellent quality of this product is a testament of the high standards established by the Cow Creek Tribe in all tribal products and services.
