Unique and beautiful, these sculptural pieces handmade by artist Jon Anderson, are made entirely of Fimo clay. The technique is based on the ancient Millifiore glassmaking method where different canes of clay colours are combined into a loaf that is repeatedly stretched and cut while other designs are added. The result is these beautiful artistic creations in Fimo clay sculpture with intricately detailed and beautiful designs using no paint whatsoever! Each piece is created by Jon Anderson, artist, botanist, mathematician, zoologist and engineer! Jon has a rich and varied background in several types of artistic creation having lived and studied around the world. He currently creates his magnificent Fimo clay sculptures in his studio in Bali, Indonesia.
