Apache handmade basket by an unknown artist. Apache coil basket woven of willow and devil's claw. A bold overall design with an eight pointed star in the center outlined by another eight pointed star motif. This basket is special because there are very few active Apache basket weavers and this weaver recreated the art of traditional Apache basket weaving. CA 1950 - 1970. One of a kind. Made in the USA. The basket measures approximately 10 1/2" in diameter and 3" deep.
