Handwoven Navajo Yei Bi Cheii rug by Anita Davis. This rug depicts the Yei Bi Cheii dance with the patients facing a medicine man who is in the front and a clown at the end of the line. The Yei Bi Cheii ceremony are performed in the winter time. The wool used is commercially dyed which the weaver has re-washed and re-spun to her preference. This is a one of a kind item. This rug measures 11 1/2" by 16 1/2".
